CILANTRO VS. CORIANDER
Cilantro and coriander are different parts of the same plant.
Cilantro, usually refers to the leaves of the plant, which are used as an herb.
Coriander refers to the seeds, which are typically ground and used as a spice.
This herb is used to flavor many recipes and the entire plant is edible, though the leaves and seeds are used most often.

Chamomile varieties have an aromatic, sweet, apple-like fragrance. Its flowers (similar in appearance to daisies) have a mild, subtly sweet, herbaceous, and earthy flavor. The leaves are also edible and may contain a slightly bitter and grassy taste.
It grows best in cool conditions and should be planted in part shade but will also grow in full sun. The soil should be dry.

Celery root also known as celeriac is a root vegetable closely related to celery, parsley and parsnips. When growing, the leaves and stalk of the plant resembles the celery. Its taste has a nutty, earthy, and slightly sweet flavor with notes of celery and parsley.
Monitor the soil regularly to make sure it’s moist. Snap off any lateral leaf shoots to get a smooth crown. Towards the end of July, remove some of the outer leaves to make the root grow larger and smoother, then I cover it with soil or mulch to keep it blanched and tender.

This mint, rather than spearmint, gives the authentic mojito taste. Mojito Mint has a much milder flavor. While recipes call for any available variety of Spearmint, the real mojito can only be made with the true Mojito Mint.
Mint plants need about 1 to 2 inches of water every week, depending on the conditions. This includes both rain and your supplemental watering.
