Herb Description and Taste
Sage is part of the mint family. Sage has a pronounced herbal flavor that is earthy, slightly peppery taste with hints of mint, eucalyptus, and lemon.
Water plants regularly, especially during dry spells, but avoid overwatering as sage hates wet roots. Pruning plants after flowering helps to maintain an attractive shape and encourages lots of new growth.

Herb Description and Taste
Thai Basil, has a spicy flavor similar to that of licorice. It has tin green leaves and purple flowers on red-purple stems.
Plant in a sunny area and keep soil moist. Pruning off the tallest flowers as soon as possible will encourage foliage growth and keep the plant going strong. The leaves should be picked when the plant reaches 6 to 8 inches tall. When harvest early in the morning, the leaves are juicer because it’s when the concentration of aromatic oils are at their highest.
Herb Description and Taste
Both the flowers and leaves can be eaten and have a pleasant yet slightly bitter flavor. Lavender is most often used as a condiment, added to dishes to enhance the flavor, just like a spice.
The plant is not picky and will survive in a wide range of soil, even poor soil. Its main requirements are lots of sun and also good drainage.
